Proprietor of this enterprise is Mr. Ruby Nakka who is certified in 'Child Rights and Child Protection' from NIPCCD (National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development) - New Delhi, in 2009.  He has vast experience in Institutional and Non-Institutional Care Services along with the provisions of JJ Act and many other child related acts in India.

About the logo:  Kinderite is a name that derived from a deep thought.  The word 'Kinder' in German language refers to children and the 'Rite' is a homonym of two English words 'Write' and 'Right' that are blended to denote write (communicate) about the children's rights.  The fountain pen in the middle as a trunk of the butterfly (transformation) denotes that kinderite is an enterprise that is bringing the transformation in the community to uphold the rights of the children through communication (verbal and written).  Did you see the side view of two children's faces in the upper wings of the butterfly?

We offer various services apart from speaking and writing about children and their rights.  We conduct one on one or group pre-adoption counselling, adoption workshops, consultations to childcare institutions (CCI's), and consultation on retail fundraising.  If you're looking for any of our services, do not hesitate to drop a line by whatsapp at 9629471920 and we'll get back to you.

What’s the difference between a ‘welfare based’ approach vs ‘rights based’ approach of child care?

Over the last 20 years, child care approach has evolved tremendously in India towards ‘rights based’ approach, thanks to the enactment of Juvenile and Justice Act (JJ Act).   If you’re running a child care institution and not following a rights based approach, you may be violating some of the fundamental rights and/ or fundamental principles of JJ act.
